The English rock group Led Zeppelin's first studio album is titled Led Zeppelin I. It was made available on January 13, 1969. Shortly after the band's foundation, in September and October 1968, the album was recorded at London's Olympic Studios. It includes both original material that was worked out during the first rehearsals and modern blues and folk song remakes and adaptations. As a musician, Page was assisted by John Paul Jones (bass, keyboards), John Bonham (drums), and Robert Plant (lead vocals, harmonica) in producing them. George Hardie drew the classic album cover featuring the Hindenburg accident, while Page's childhood buddy Glyn Johns mixed the tunes.
